I live in Houston, when I'm done driving, I turn off my A/C and when get back in, i hit the "MAX A/C" button. On Saturday 8/13/2022, after hitting the MAX A/C button, I changed the blow settings to my feet in addition to up top. I drove pretty far with no smell coming through, same thing for Sunday.

When Monday came around, I decided, instead of hitting "MAX A/C," I instead just turned on the A/C, which held the setting from when I previously droved it, which is top and feet A/C blowing, I got the smell coming through my vents again.

So today, I tried turning MAX A/C first then switched to feet also, no smell after driving about 30 miles.

Max A/C automatically sets it to recirculate air, so that would make sense. Whatever is coming it, it’s not pulling in from the outside when recirculating.

With that said part of me is curious about the heater core. Have your coolant levels ever been low? I’ve known a leaking heater core to give people some health troubles in the past

Right, I always have my A/C on recirculating, the only time I don't is when i have it for the windshield also.

No one from ford has contacted me. Really disappointed that with medical problems I have had that no one from ford has reached out.

No level change that I can tell. They have tore everything out trying to find the problem. No success with any repairs I’m understanding.

Good morning! I can see how I can assist, will you send over a private message with your VIN and local Ford dealer?
I don’t have the vin number right off. But the truck was purchased and returned to woody Folsom ford in barley Georgia. Service manager is Jason leadbetter.

If in fact true, and I am not questioning it, I’d be getting this looked into by someone other than Ford to begin with to document any issues for a number of reasons.

Who would you recommend.

Wow, this is a new one. Is Ford aware you're still having the symptoms after this long of not being in the truck?
I received a note from ford asking questions.
