Can an order be changed once it's submitted (ie add items accidentally left off?).

From my experience, they don't like to change it, but it is entirely possible to do so.

Yes, it can. I added the B&O stereo about six weeks after I placed my order, which was about a month before the VIN was issued. Working with Tom at Chapman, it was easy. Sent an email with the request and a few hours later a new dora was sent over along with the updated item.

There are some changes that will essentially require the order to be re-queued I believe, ones that trigger a change to the body code. Ie changing bed length, 4x4 vs 4x2, or can type.

Sounds like it should be easy then since it's just a trailer hitch privacy glass/rear defroster...

They were able to change it.. I also asked for spray in bedliner also but apparently Ford told the dealer that would delay the build. Don't know why, just that it would.

Just have the dealer get it LineXed before you pick it up. I plan on having the dealer get my windows tinted, and the bed sprayed before I take delivery.
