Center Console lid disassembly

Does any one know or have taken the Leather cover off the center Console Lid so it can be replaced? Scoured the Internet and searched the forums with no success.

Do you have the work surface or the non work surface? Not sure if it’s the same process or not.

Hey OP, did you ever get your answer? I’ve been scouring the internet to see how I can disassemble just the top lid to replace the leather but all I see are total console removals.

Never mind, I solved it. For anyone reading this in the future. The plastic panel under top lid of the work surface is attached by 6 clips. You’ll need to use a pry tool to really dig in and detach those clips. See pictures.
