Catalytic converter shield powerboost

I just have the cat shield from Talon's. It mounts via four bolts and no squeaks or groans. The one thing that I did have to modify was on the driver's side, I had to move the "wing" to the outside of the main skid plate in order to prevent rubbing on the port side cat.

I did the same thing based upon comments from another installer and the Talon site. Did some mild off road today, no issues.

I placed the spacer/washer in between the frame and the shield instead of swapping the wing around. No issues since doing that.

FX4 doesn't give any catalytic (cat) shield protection. You can get the steel Raptor skid plate and install it with a little adjustment on the passenger side coolant tubes front bracket. Top pic is the FX4 and bottom one is the steel raptor one. I have 21 PB and it worked great, not sure about 2024 PB. This is a much cheaper option. $150. ish.

I ordered the catalytic shield from talons garage.
Seems to be the best option.
Miller makes one but I think it's not as thick
