Wondering if anyone else has encountered this issue. Using either Spotify or Pandora, the audio suddenly will sound like its in mono or only playing out of one speaker for a few seconds, then it goes back to normal. I can't manually recreate it but it happens usually once a drive.

I have a '23 and I have similar situation that I can reproduce it consistently. If I'm connected to Airplay and I open up an app like Amazon on my iPhone, the music in the truck will immediately shift to mono and play out of one of the up front top speakers. As soon as I close the app or turn my phones screen off, the music shifts back to normal. It's the strangest thing...

I’ve had this happen on all of my CarPlay vehicles- Honda Pilot, GMC Sierra, and the F150. I usually just call Siri or use the button to do the same and it fixes it

This is very interesting. I use a Carlinkit TBox Plus ai carplay box in my 23 Platinum. Lately, the audio has sounded terrible! Last week, when I started up the Carplay ai box, all the sound went to front speakers only, no bass at all. Sounds terrible! When I go back to Android Auto or other sources, sounds great. WTH? I was on 4.2.2.2 PowerUp and 713 Sync before and after the issues. Not aware of any updates from Ford that may have caused the issue.

Maybe that is what I am hearing is that its front only speakers full mono no bass. For me just pausing the track and hitting play again resolves the issue.

Lucky you, doesn't fix it for me. What's odd to me is that the Carlinkit firmware update actually had an impact on the issue, just not a perfect reeult. As if they are aware of the cause but haven't gotten the issue completely resolved. Will keep ya posted with any findings. Thanks!
