So, odd thing.
Rear passenger side door on 21 Supercrew, you cannot EXIT from the inside of the vehicle if the doors were locked and then unlocked. UNTIL, someone opens it from the exterior, then it functions from inside and outside.

Happened out of nowhere, door functioned fine since I've had the truck. If the doors lock, (doesn't matter if it's auto or key fob, or by pushing the knob down) you cannot exit from the passenger side rear door ONLY. Until I open that door from the outside, and then it works perfectly fine.

I've turned on the child lock, and it functions as it should. Turn off the child lock and the same thing.
Any ideas?

yes it's under warranty, and I'll probably take it to them, but my dealership is lacking in the "loaner" dept or they're just stingy. So trips to the dealership are cumbersome.

Hey Jersey! I can take a closer look into your rear passenger door concerns if you'd like. Can you send us a direct message with your VIN and the dealership name/location?

You are FREE to look at the last correspondence between you and I on this forum in private message, where you asked for the EXACT same information and literally didn't do anything.

I'm not trying to be mean here, but come on. Last time I was left with nothing other than me sending you my information......

Perhaps there's something wrong with your door latch on the inside? It's actually quite a simple mechanism. I just had to change door panels due to a mishap and it took me 5 minutes to pull the panel.

Contrary to the video, you can just unhook the cable from the latch. I wouldn't be surprised if the cable isn't latched on correctly.

That's for the front door but unhooking the cable from the latch is the same.

Thanks! I'll watch these and see what's inside. Appreciate it!
