Hi all, 2021 Lariat with 360 cameras. Never had an issue with the cameras on the truck at all.

I took the truck to a local car audio installer who installed front midbass/tweeters, a PAC OEM interface module, an amp and DSP. Everything works as expected, except for the cameras: the passenger-side camera (mirror?) channel is blue (disconnected?) and the remaining cameras that are visible are extremely washed out. During the day, they’re white, and at night, they’re yellow. You can make out objects, but it’s very faint.

I can’t explicitly think of what may have caused this, but was wondering if anyone has any ideas or experience with this. Already tried to reset the radio, no difference.

Installer is over an hour away, so I’d like to see if there’s anything I can do on my side to resolve this.

The issue is with the passenger side camera, get it back and all is well.

Not sure what level of teardown they did to your vehicle, but if they ran wires into the doors, they had to take the connectors off and that's likely where the issue occurred. At the same time to access the driver's door area from inside, they may have removed or played with the IPMA which is where the cameras run. Your only issue is the right camera. Everything will clear up when it's back.

Thanks a ton, this is extremely helpful. As far as I’m aware, the installer did not run new wires to the doors, but I do think he had to run wires from the factory tweeter locations (since I think these are not amplified from the factory on 21+ B&O) to the amplifier behind the rear driver’s side seat, so I’m betting it’s the IPM-A and a loose connection there.
