Not to rain on your parade, but chat told me the same thing about a month ago. So I checked with my dealer and they looked into it. It was sent off site alright, it was sent to a storage facility and put on a guality check hold. The dealer sent me a map showing the location at the Ford plant in Kansas. Maybe you'll be more lucky than I was.Is chat a computer or real person?
sure hope so, sorry to hear your dealing with that. Did chat provide you with an estimated delivery date also? Not to rain on your parade, but chat told me the same thing about a month ago. No. They said they do not get daily updates, to check with my dealer, so that's what I did. That was weeks ago and I'm still waiting. 6 months now.sure hope so, sorry to hear your dealing with that. Did chat provide you with an estimated delivery date also?

Same story here. Built on 4/30. Tracker updated 5/1 with "sent offsite". No new info from chat as of this morning. Still 5/10-5/16 for delivery. Getting less optimistic about that timeline. No additional updates, same for site status showing as of 05/02 in production. I spoke with chat, they show the truck was built on 04/30, with a delivery window of May 17th-May 23rd.
No changes for me. Tracker "In Production" with no date, no updates since 4/23. Chat just told me "Scheduled for 5/3" now, and that it should be built this week. My BCM started reporting Saturday night though, so I'm hoping that the truck was built Friday (and Saturday?).. or maybe the module being prepped on Saturday for build this week. Chat and/or tracker might just be behind (or eternally ignorant.)Same story here. Built on 4/30. Tracker updated 5/1 with "sent offsite". No new info from chat as of this morning. The "secondary" is the "secondary status". Primary status is awaiting shipment, secondary is released. That's a good thing!I just talked to Chat. They said:
"I currently show the Primary status of your 2024 F-150 Is Awaiting Shipment. Secondary Released, Ford Dearborn Assembly, MI as of Apr-22-2024, 00:00 EDT. At this time your ETA is May-25-2024 - May-31-2024. Please kindly note that these dates are estimates and are subject to change."
Any idea what secondary release is? I had a spray bedliner that I know goes off site. Thinknig maybe that is it.
Here @RedRaiderTXI live in the DFW area and just went through this whole process.
When I arrived to pick up my truck, I paid Granger for the truck, $180 for documentation fee, $45 for Iowa transfer tag/title, and the amount of tax for Texas (6.25%). Granger says in about 7-15 days they will send you a UPS overnight package with the necessary paperwork to take to your local DMV along with a check for your taxes that you already paid made out to your tax collector for your county (my UPS package showed up in about a week after purchasing). I took the whole UPS package down to the DMV because it had everything in it. At the DMV, I still had to pay for the license plates and the title transfer fee (because it is technically a transferred title from Iowa to Texas). Granger only collected my tax.
Prior to going to the DMV though, I had to get the state inspection done. New trucks bought at a local dealership in Texas are exempt from this for 2 years but transferred trucks, even new ones, are not exempt. I had to pay $7.00 at a local garage to get my new truck in the system and get that vital piece of paper (the inspection) to take to the DMV.
All said and done, It was completely painless and aside from the $7 state inspection, it cost me less than $50 at the DMV for the title transfer and license plates after I gave them the check from Granger for the taxes (that they collected from me when I picked up the truck).
As long as Granger continues to offer these great deals on all of their Ford models, I will be a forever customer and never buy from anywhere else.
Nice! Looks like we are all in the same boat then. Still produced and sitting offsite but in "in production" with varying ETA's. Now the waiting game on shipping....Tracker just updated with a date for "In Production" (any update is a good one):

BCM still reporting. Window sticker hasn't changed, blend date still says "20240503".
Same response here. 5/10-5/16 from chat, but Chip said VinView shows ETA is still TBD.Most recent update from Chat, the status on the ford site last updated 05/02.
"The primary status is still "In Production" but the secondary status does read that it's fully "Produced". I'm assuming that some last-minute additions are being finalized.
It's anticipated to be delivered at your ordering Ford Dealership between May-17--23-2024."
