I searched far and wide for a pedal cover that did what I wanted and found nothing. I figured raising my foot was easier than lowering the pedal. Hitting the corner of the brake pedal is nothing new. That's where they're all worn
I'm just glad to find someone having a similar problem. I'm going crazy over here thinking something is wrong with me.
Its been bad enough that i developed a bit of sciatic pain

Between using a weed whacker for hours every day and driving my 2021 regular cab, it had me almost crippled. I needed to be able to recline the seat back more than I ever would've thought. Nice to find that out on my first 2 hour trip with that truck brand new.

Try lowering the seat all the way and setting the seat back in a reclined position. Bring up the front of the seat cushion to support your thighs a little more if you have the 10 way seat. You'll find a good position but it takes more work than any other vehicle I've driven before. There's hope, try not to get discouraged.

Thanks man i truly appreciate it. I'm going to try your suggestions tomorrow and keep on driving it.

Funny enough, i went and sat in a 2024 Lariat the other day and didn't feel as uncomfortable as my 2023.

Happy to help. I've been there. If you would, let me know if any of those ideas work for you. If they do, that might be motivation enough for me to get those jobs done for myself!
