@Jesse-Infotainment Hoping you can help. 2023 Lariat. Can't get Blue Cruise to go to hands free mode. I'm on a freeway that the map says is supported. Ford support says I have everything. Auto updates are enabled but I can't tell if I need one and it's not coming down. Cruise control plus lane centering work, it just doesn't go to HF mode. Can you see if there's something outstanding for me? My VIN is 1FTFW1E83PKE09542.

If you have internet/laptop/Forscan, Jesse can remote in.

Timing is the only real obstacle

Correct. I can remote in and fix it easily

I'm sure you already checked, but if you didn't,

Look in the Ford pass app at your account and connected services. Is your blue cruise showing as available with an expiration date?

Look in the Ford pass app at your account and connected services. Is your blue cruise showing as available with an expiration date?
I asked Ford about that when I had them on the phone.. She said "not always".. But I thought it would be there too. And the Sync info screen shows I have it.. Expiration date is wrong, but it's there. Go figure..

The blue cruise is always"there". But if it is expired and not shown as "active" on your Ford account then it won't work. Check your account online. Look under connected services.
It doesn't show up at all under connected services. Ford Pass or on my PC. And it isn't expired according to the Sync info. It's supposed to be good for 3 years too. When I called Ford support, they said I had everything that hands free Blue Cruise should work and the dealer, who I'm trying not to go back to service for, would need to call the tech center, and it may or may not show up under connected services. So beats me at this point.

I have a feeling that if it isn't active under connected services then it won't work. Call Ford and YELL!!

I ordered the ODB dongle/cable suggested by Forscan. I'm leaving for a biz trip Monday, so will ping you when I get back. Fingers crossed ;) Thanks!
Spent some time with the dealer and the Ford Tech Center folks as well as the in-vehicle technologies group.. Turns out that the problem is that it's supposed to be in my Ford Pass (unlike what someone from Ford once told me), and isn't. It's been escalated at Ford. They can't figure out why it isn't appearing for me, but that is keeping it from being enabled ?

It doesn’t have to be in ford pass for it to work.

As long as the truck is configured correctly it will work.

It being in ford pass happens AFTER the truck is configured correctly

2023 Platinum, hands free won't engage, lane centering also doesn't appear to be working even though it is activated. Both are active on the truck and in the Ford Pass App. Connected Built-In Navigation does show "Activation Pending" but everything else is Active. Can you take a look for me @Jesse-Infotainment?
