It doesn't show up at all under connected services. Ford Pass or on my PC. And it isn't expired according to the Sync info. It's supposed to be good for 3 years too. When I called Ford support, they said I had everything that hands free Blue Cruise should work and the dealer, who I'm trying not...

I asked Ford about that when I had them on the phone.. She said "not always".. But I thought it would be there too. And the Sync info screen shows I have it.. Expiration date is wrong, but it's there. Go figure..
