Black lug nuts

Has anyone had any luck with ones that don’t rust? Are the key style better then the socket style for not rusting?

I've had pretty good luck with the gorilla lugs. Don't use an impact on them at all and it definitely helps. The second you break through the coating on any lug it'll start to rust.

Thank you. My truck would just look much better with out the chrome lugs. All ready ordered the black exhaust tip. Then no chrome.

My 2013 had the black gorilla lugs for 3yrs with no rust issues. Put the black gorilla lugs on this one within a week of buying it.

Anything will rust even chrome if the coating is damaged. I've seen caps for lugs online but I've never tried them. I have gorilla black for first time on current truck. Last truck had 12 years with gorilla chrome and some light rust at the end.
