Best place to pick up switched +12V for Dash accessories?

Has anyone run wires from the passenger foot panel up to the center dash area where the speaker is and if so, how was it ? Trying to get an idea before ripping apart my dash if it can be fish taped easily by only removing the speaker panel and foot panel or if more has to be dissected. Will be installing the Builtright Dash Mount and considering hardwiring leads for accessories versus having wires hanging down to the usb ports and 120v plug for a cleaner install.

Thanks for the clarification, I couldn't remember off the top of my head before. Here is the sheet I made while I was figuring out what fuse locations to use.
