Power up dash on bench ?

I aquired a 8" lariat cluster on Ebay, but the seller/dismantler did not know the KMS on it. It was cheap, so I bought it.

Before I go and rip my 2023 dash apart, I wanted to power it up on the bench.

The only instructions I could find were showing +12v on pin 8 of C220 and ground on pin 3 of C220.

I made a cable up and it does not seem to power the cluster. Anyone have any insight ?

No one have any insight ? Am I powring on the wrong pins ?. Or does it need more than power ?
