I have been satisfied enough with the B&O unleashed in the truck, that I still haven't done anything to it beyond disconnecting the center speaker and using stereo mode for most songs.

But Dire Straits Money For Nothing hits considerably harder/better in the Mach-E. At least from the driver's seat cranked up pretty hard. I'm not sure I'm happy about that. ???

Normal listening level, it's basically a toss-up between the two B&O systems. But when pushed, the less complex system in the car wins. It's a smaller environment and the Mach-E has dash speakers in the dash that are pointed right at you, rather than banking off the windshield.

I imagine the quality (or lack thereof) of the components are very similar though?
I keep forgetting to disconnect the center dash speaker.
I like my system in truck
22 is not the norm
But 13 to 18 is..partly because left ear is missing some higher hertz areas
Joan Jett Bad reputation and I love rock n roll gives it a run
But .....Elle king snd miranda have a few that must be played in the 15 range?
Old is fun at times??

Old, since you can't avoid it anyways, is something you just embrace!

There's so many get out of jail free cards available that weren't there when I was a younger lad. ?

Yeah, the raw components are shared. The MME's placements are better than the 150 in that it's a car and you're closer to all components with a more favorable layout. Completely different environments. In the 150 with discrete DSP the center is quite useful. The MME doesn't need it due to the completely different arrangement (though I bet it could be useful). MME would be great with a forklift of the system though -- lots of potenial.

In the 150 the current system pulls 115 amps of power. You don't so much as listen to music with 2 10s and 1300 watts as you do feel it. One of the craziest things is that it can be deafening inside and very quiet outside when sealed up. That's what ~40hrs worth of sound deadening work will do for ya. Still playing with the 150 -- currently getting ready to go 3 way active up front installing the dash speakers, though it's tempting to just first try and make the center fill again as I did with my other amp. Couldn't really up the volume with only 40w x 8 channels, at least on the lows. That's enough for the doors and tweeters though. A single ported 10 maybe could have done it, but 2 in a sealed box can make for a nice OTR jam session. Just happy to have the floor free vs a box sitting under the seats.

115 amps ?
Yes, adding another amp that'll only eat another 20 amps of powa. This amp makes real watts, not magic watts, and that takes real amps. I've only got 2ga power coming back, but I chose to wire in a manner that gives me the ability to tap the aux batt's 4ga power wire as well and tie them together as that's essentially how they're wired. Some people may not be sure about such a configuration but the math checks out. All fused appropriately plus the LFP batt really helps stiffen the voltage.

14 on surround is just right for me... Go about 20 and the headliner speakers get overdriven ?

You should have 18 speakers with the 4 in the headrests. I'm currently 7 but moving to 11 channels including the sub. Isn't a sub really a .1 channel given its ~86ish hertz?

Yup, I do. Only the headliner ones give grief at high volume. Also they count the 2-way in each rear door as 2 speakers each ?

I'd be of the opinion that a "real" sub should be < 20Hz ?‍♂

Yeah, they're optimistic on their count including the 2 headphones in the headrests.

20Hz!? I had 15s that could do that with a box that'll take up the entire rear of an SUV. Not getting 20Hz w/ 10s in a sealed box w/ an optimistic 1 cuft of volume. I mean I could put a large box in the bed ported to the cab. We did that to my buddy's RCSB ranger, surprised it didn't blow a window out. That was nuts. Sacrifices had to be made to maintain an open floor and bed. More than happy with the result. I did briefly consider turning it into a 4 seat w/ a 15 in the middle but there was no real consideration put to it. Just can't get rid of the floor space and the rifle box.

I'm waiting for someone with the 8 speaker to try and see what happens. If it works there, then I have little hope it'll work for the Unleashed.

I tried it on the 8 speaker. I received the same feedback. Automatically moves back center. No difference in sound.
