BCM Module DTC B1445:15 Help

Any idea how to troubleshoot this DTC? I recently added a LED tailgate lightbar (Ford Part# VML3Z-13B678-B) I just followed the instructions to connected them to the tail lights. It was a simple plug-and-play installation. I am nor sure if this DTC was there before I installed this light. I did try to reset this DTC but it reappears. Do I need to change anything in the BCM module to add this light?

Well, it sounds like either there's a wiring issue or perhaps the additional load of the lightbar is confusing the fault detection software thinking that a parking lamp is malfunctioning or shorted.

Thanks for your response. I will try to disconnect the lightbar and see if that is something causing this DTC.
