Hi all . Thought I would show what I’ve done to my 2023 XLT 3.5 EB .
I purchases a LWB through Ford Australia who are now bringing in vehicles and converting to RHD over here . I always intended to modify for desert touring and camping while towing either motorbike trailer or boats . Upgrades include :
MW Aluminiuim tray and canopy
Itech 200Ah 12V system with 250w fixed solar with 300w of portable solar blanket.
Dometic 115 stand up fridge
MW pull out pantry
Dobinsons GVM upgrade and remote res suspension (3950kg)
KMC 18” wheels (HD load rated)
BF Goodrich K03 AT tyres
Stedi 40.5” light bar
Outback Tourer roof top tent
Outback tourer 270 deg awning
Rhino roof bars with maxtrax brackets .
Pretty happy with how it all works , camping set up sits at around 3.4 T and averaging 20litres/100km on dirt roads . Get around 14.5 on the highway in 2wd.
