Has anyone had any luck addressing this yet? I'm still having the issue.

This would explain why plugging mine in hasn't helped. Thanks!Hey all, I have been dealing with this issue for the past couple weeks and I have been able to eliminate the issue by using the usb version of AA instead of the wireless version. Keep in mind that plugging in the usb cord into your phone does not eliminate the wireless side of AA. I have to turn my WiFi off on my phone. Then AA will use the wired connection and the problem seems to be gone.
I have a Pixel 7 Pro and it will turn the WiFi back on from time to time so if i start hearing the audio drops, I check my phone and turn the WiFi back off and the problem goes away.
I still have no idea if the issue is with Android Auto or with the Sync 4 system, but at least I can listen to music again without the interruptions.
Hope this helps.
Good morning! I'd like to look into this Android Auto audio concern for you. Feel free to send over a private message with your VIN and dealership info at your earliest convenience.Hey all, I have been dealing with this issue for the past couple weeks and I have been able to eliminate the issue by using the usb version of AA instead of the wireless version. This describes my situation to a T. Worked flawlessly for the first 8-9 months of ownership and started having the exact same problems after updates came through. So I have had the skipping problem since the middle of February. The problems with android auto and maps not connecting have been going on for me since December. Doesn't seem to matter if it is wired or not for me. I have reset Sync, updated android auto, removed app, removed connection and reset the phone so many times I can't count. Still happens. Still no rhyme or reason when my truck will tell me it can't connect to android auto. What blows my mind is that it ran flawlessly for the first 6 months of ownership and now it is very intermittent. Usually bugs get worked out of and not into a system. (and yes my phone and apps are all up to date.) If anyone has any ideas that would be great. I can't afford to have my truck in a shop for 2 days let alone 3 weeks just to fix this problem though so I haven't had time to drop it off and let my dealer tell me they can't find the problem like someone else posted earlier. Real nuisance when trying to stream. Anyone else get it fixed?
Not to give anyone false hope, but my truck took an update today. When I turned on my wireless app display option, my wireless Android auto connected like it was new and there have been zero issues with skipping. I'm hoping it will remain this way, but thought I would pass it along.Hey all, I have been dealing with this issue for the past couple weeks and I have been able to eliminate the issue by using the usb version of AA instead of the wireless version. This is potentially exciting. Do you have the update details? Not to give anyone false hope, but my truck took an update today. It is the Ford Power-Up 4.2.2. The description talks about Apple Carplay, but it seems to have fixed my wireless AA issues. This is potentially exciting. Do you have the update details?
