A cpl guys on here can. I had to buy a 3 day FRDS and rent a mongoose cable. That was over a year ago, still no updates since on my 21.

Yes...but I am in SoCal, OC. PM me if you are desperate enough to drive down. Might cost you the same in gas as buying a Mongoose.
