Anyone having issues getting BlueCruise installed?

My dealer has had my 2021 Limited F-150 for 6 weeks trying to get BlueCruise installed. They have been working with Ford techmicians and can't seem to figure out what is wrong. They have replaced sereral computers, etc.. Very frustrating, but moreso with Ford than the dealer. The dealer has given me a loaner truck that has racked up a lot of miles and wear & tear.

I had the same issue. I went back and forth for 6 months. 1 week at at a time. They finally got it. Ford technician from HQ had to reprogram everything 5-6 times. Dumping all programming. And building back up with new updates and software. I lost my mind a few times yelling in the service dept. anyway they have to open a ticket with the TAC office and they will do the programming with them. Good luck!
