I drove through the marina I keep my boat at to look at mine under the wrap today and a guy on the next dock over from me was walking his dog down there, he has a 22 Lariat PowerBoost. I asked him about the wipers he said he hates them and they suck compared to his last 2014. I guess this settles it, I’m not alone. He went so far as to call them pathetic LOL! It’s not a huge deal, but a bit disappointing, I really have my doubts that these can keep up in pouring rain after comparing to my old Expedition. These seem about 20% slower at full go.
Correct . My last big vehicle was a 15' Expedition and those wipers were great

Had my hood replaced (damn deer) and after had a weak spray. Figured out the body shop had pinched the hose where it passes through the plastic trim piece. Once I got it back on its path, all was well.

Today when I was driving I hit the brakes coming to a light and some melted snow came off my roof onto the windshield. Not a ton but a decent amount. I was very shocked when the windshield wipers failed to lift the snow and I had to pull over and wipe it off. We aren’t talking much snow here. I noticed the wipers also failed one morning when I remote started it with some light wet snow in the morning. Sort of a minor inconvenience but definitely stands out to me.
yep. these are bitch wipers. I noticed they tend to move just a little, pause, then take a second attempt at doing their job. It's gotta be one of those examples of software winding up where it shouldn't be.

Also, LOL at the guys complaining about people with snow on their roofs. What do you think cops, vans, trucks, Altimas, and freighters are doing about snow on their roofs? Same thing I am- not a damn thing.

Ya the replies to this thread were plain ridiculous and fan-boying for Ford. These wipers are ridiculously shitty, and I’ve talked to several (like 4+ owners) now who agree with me. My buddy has a 2021 and it sucks, my 2023 sucks, two guys I boat with have 14th gen’s and have complained as well. My 07 Expedition could clear 2” of heavy wet snow with those wipers and it did it with no fuss every day of winter for 5 years I owned it. This truck can’t clear a dusting. It’s ridiculous. Helps a lot when the wipers do the windshield and you can focus on other windows wiping.

Also when its pouring??? These wipers are half the speed of my old Expedition. FORD, get rid of this weak crap motor and put in a real damn wiper motor with some balls again. Thanks.
