Anybody have modules disappear while on Chip Hold?

Just trying to find out if anyone else has had this issue, and how long it was before the missing modules came back? A couple of us currently stuck on microchip hold are experiencing this. One person had his 720 modules, those are now gone. I had my 7E6 modules disappear over a week ago. Any insight on why this might happen is appreciated too!

I cannot say for sure that this is what has happened, but I wouldn't be surprised to hear that those modules were removed to use in other trucks. Wouldn't be the first time something like that has happened

Another possibility is they identified a qc defect in certain batches of modules and are pulling them from the vehicles currently on chip hold.

That's what I'm thinking too. I'm just trying to find somebody who went through this, and how long it took for replacement modules to show up. I've already been on chip hold for 77 days. Got several new modules on Oct 22nd, but then lost some too. ?

That is not how it works. Modules are linked by VIN. They are not swapped between trucks.

Only 2 possible choices.

1. Modules failed and need replaced.
2. 3rd party app/program is not accurate.

@SunnyD Yeah instead of a continuous linear process from start to finish, it seems like many are dealing with back and forth or long periods of no movement at all.
