Any reason to prefer a '25 over a '24?

Turns out the '24 is gone. It was out of region and my dealer wasn't sure he'd be able to swap it out, but did try. Guess I'm in a holding pattern for now.

Since the trucks are so similar, resale value would be the only reason to get the 2025.
Since the '24 has a year with zero mileage it will likely earn a low mileage increase in value at resale time. This along with the larger discount up front it could easily make it a wash.

Really? An 8 y/o 150K truck has more value than a 7 y/o 150K truck? Wouldn't bet my retirement plan on that. Will it have higher value than an 8 y/o truck with 170K? You bethca.
