Alexa reboots

I setup Alexa and it only lasted about a day then noticed that Alexa keeps rebooting back into setup mode. Anyone else running into this issue with Alexa. When it first was setup, I could ask Alexa to start truck and lock the truck from inside the house. Now seems that the truck ecu keeps rebooting everything.

Truck came with Alexa and I have never experienced a single issue with her or the APIM.
I too use the FordPass skills on occasion.

I think this is the first I have heard someone mention your symptoms.

When you say "reboot", do you mean that you witness an APIM reboot and that it's only triggered by an Alexa command?

Or is it possibly the APIM rebooting and Alexa gets nixed in the process?
