It looks like someone added a great quality Morimoto 3rd brake light! Great choice, the best add-on for your money, nobody comes close to their quality. I installed one on my '14 FX4, it was like night and day difference.

That was the first official mod after I seen on another board member. I’m not too sure who it was as I was lurking when I decided to buy this black beauty.

I've now had my 2021 for exactly 3 years ago today, so thought I might tell me truck story and what I have done to it.
I was building from the Ford website for what I wanted exactly in a truck, but never got around to doing a factory order. Then, I found a local dealer with a truck with exactly everything I wanted in options, but it was in Agate Black ( I wanted a space white), but I went to the dealer to have a look.Because of Covid and the shortages, this dealer normall has over 100 new trucks in their lot, but they only have 3 trucks. Weird seeing such an expanse of pavement.

The truck was a Lariat 502A, Sport Package, 5.0., Max Tow, 157 " WB. The only thing it didn't have was the fold out flat console. Like I always do, I told the dealer to give me their absolute best price and if I like it, I'll take it, and if not, I'll walk.
The Sales guy told me this was his 2nd day on the job and with only 3 trucks on the lot, it was very slow for the sale staff. They came back to me with 6K off of MSRP, including Linex, Flush Rain Shields, Gatorback Mud flaps, Husky full floor mats front and back, and they gave me an incredible trade in on my 2023 XTR with only 40K miles.
So away I drove it off the lot.
I got PPF for the front, Ceramic coat since it was a swirless paint, Husky Rear Fender Well inserts, a soft tonneau (easier to completely remove that the hard shells).
Truck has been flawless since I have owned it, not a hiccup, always 8K KM, fully synthetic oil changes, etc. I also got a 160,000km premium care warranty from Lombard Ford, including headlights and fobs. It was 50% less than what Canadian stealerships seel theirs for. I have a USA address as well, so it was easy to purchase.
This spring, I saw a sale from Lewittown Ford, for the Ford Performance Offroad Blackout package and I went for it. 2500 US on sale, I got it landed here for 4k Canadian beaver dollars. Got the Bilsteins installed on all 4 corners, new rubber on the FP 20 inch wheels, FP Fender badges, Red Tow hooks, Gloss Black Front Grill, Black Chrome Exhaust tip, Black Chrome Ford badges for front and tailgate.
What a difference the Bilstein's make on the road, much mor eplanted, less bouncy and it takes bumps and expansion joints on the highway so much smoother.
Like I mentioned, my truck is now 3 years old, Paint is as good, if not bettere than the day I got it. People still ask me how I like me new truck, LOL, and then tell them it's 3 years old.

Is it me or is the picture angle making it look "raked"?

Maybe take it out to a parking lot, a flat surface to be able to tell. Also which leveling kit did you opt for?

Its definitely the angle- my driveway is at an angle- I will take it out to a flat parking lot-

As for kit- I took it to a local shop and they installed a Rough Country 2" Leveling kit. I am very satisfied with the look and feel- plus them 33"s don't do any rubbing.
