Add self oil change in fordpass

I'll be changing my oil in my truck soon and will put in fordpass. I thought I'd read somewhere here we could add pics to the service. I played around on add service and I didn't see this. Am I mistaken or overlooking.

You used to be able to on the Ford app but they have since removed that feature (no clue why).
If they are actively choosing to make this harder for us, then I'm not going to bother with their app at all.

In version 5.10.0 of the Ford Pass app, you can manually add service entries. No attachments however. Not sure if attachments can be added via the owners site.

sign out of your FordPass and sign back in. It’s showing us clearest day on mine. I just checked 30 seconds ago.

Access the Ford maintenance entries through ford.com. Rather sure you can add pics there. I keep a paper copy of the entries after every entry. A snap shot then I print it. I don’t trust a website to keep track of my records

I'll definitely keep my own records too in my file box. Hard thing is I'm buying in bulk. Lol. Got 6 filters and 4 5qt oil on the way.

Actually I’m wrong, I’m showing it in the 5.9.0 version of the app again. It’s under the “service” tab at the bottom, then “reference,” “service history,“ and then “add” at the top. No attachments, manual entry required.

Adding service records on the web owner's portal won't work if you try to add notes. It'll just give you an error. You can add records if you don't add notes. I've reported the bug.

I don't see a way to add an attachment via the web site, either.

They recently removed it.
