My 2021 F150 Powerboost has had an AC gremiln since I bought it. The AC just quits blowing cool air and none of the buttons will perform the task assigned. Finally got it to the dealer and someone saw it. They reprogrammed a couple of modules and the following week it went stupid again.. It has been back at the dealer for a week and they ’can’t duplicate it. The module flash was a TSB which did not correct the problem. Looking for others who have had this problem.

Do some searching here if you do not get any responses. There is some information about AC problems but they may be buried in threads. I think the response has been that the AC freezes the line if it is too cold. Most people said that the AC was weak so they keep turning it down but then that freezes the line.

Others have said that some update can correct it, or at least they think it was corrected. Good luck.

I can speak to the "none of the buttons will perform the assigned task". What do you mean? Your fan not going up or down? Set temp not changing when pressing hot/cold?

I did have an issue with my '23 not blowing cold air this summer and I had to do some forum searching a few weeks back. I don't blast my A/C, rarely go below 70*, but had several times in the 100*+ heat, I couldn't get my A/C to cool. But upon next start-up, it was fine.

After a forum search, I just turned off the A/C, sweat my ass off for a few minutes, then viola - the A/C was cool. I think in certain parking positions, water is collecting in the lines, freezing, and not allowing to cool. But turning off the vehicle or turn off the A/C for a few minutes, the lines thaw, and water starts flowing again. Try this.

Hi there! Would you send us a private message with your VIN and dealership name and location? I’d like to look into this concern on my end.
