Strange Issue with AC

Nothing more frustrating than an intermittent problem, it’s made worse by the fact dealers won’t do extended test drives to verify issues.

Amen to that. Many years ago I had a 2002 Taurus that ended up having an intermittently bad camshaft position sensor. It worked fine most of the time, but if you really honked on the engine (all 155 horses), it would loudly misbehave. Took it to two different dealers before the third finally took it on a test drive and actually followed my advice to stomp on the gas.

Same problem. Brand new 23 Tremor. Never experienced this with any other vehicle. Pretty frustrating, need to contact the dealer. Reading around the forums it seems like it’s a common problem. I am surprised there isn’t a recall or a class action started yet.

I have a 2021 PB King Ranch with 30,000 miles on it and have been experiencing AC problems for the last year. My dealer tells me the Ford Engineering is working on it and they don't have a fix for it. The AC freezes after 2 to 3 hours of drive time. I've owned nothing but Ford's since 1976, perhaps it is time to change. I called CS and they referred me to the dealer for repair. CS to me is a joke.
