I don't expect mine to get built until maybe late tonight. Us 3 going down the line today start at 6400 and I'm 8576. Isn't the line capacity around 1,500 trucks a day?

Hey,
I'm at 5480. Didn't think to look at spreadsheet.
The sequence numbers start at 0000 and then go all the way up to 9999 and then reset. The sequence number you have is 5480 was used yesterday. That sequence number is for your blend date of 8/17

So I decided to do a little math. There is 86400 seconds in a day and they say that a F150 comes off the line every 52 seconds which makes it 1661 trucks a day. Lol ?

Edit: it’s got to be more though? That was old data I was looking at

I've been looking over some of the codes for the window stickers in our build week. I have no actual information to know that this is correct, but it appears that the WS show how many trucks are supposed to be built in each date, in the top right corner next to the VIN--it's written as XXX/XXXX. For the two WS with an 8/9/2022 blend date, they're shown as XXX/1385. For the 7 WS with an 8/10 and 8/11 blend date, they're each XXX/2368. For the 5 WS with an 8/11 blend date, they're each XXX/2407. I think that these numbers represent the total number of trucks built each day, and the XXX is each individual truck's position on the assembly line each day. That "truck every 52 seconds" is an annual average, including down days.

Yea, there has to be something. For sequence numbers 6400 and 8576 (me) to be built on 8/8, that's 2,176 trucks going down the line in one day, and that assumes we are the first and last #s for the day which is very unlikely, so there are more than that. We are both PB so we are definitely going down the same line. We'll see.

Finally got a tear tag on truck #1 this morning. Truck #2 blend date is today, sequence # 4620.

More importantly, though, is that I woke up today and have not been bumped off 8/22 week for MY truck! Next stop, window sticker!

Not sure if I should be concerned or not but I have no modules populated yet.
May the odds ever be in our favor ?

What is a tear tag, and how do you get one?

That makes sense. Thanks!

My understanding is just that the tear tag populates only after the modules are fully loaded. That said, I'm just a guy waiting impatiently for some trucks.

I don’t think so. They usually don’t happen on your blend date. I think your good

Ford says truck one's outside delivery date is 9/5!

Truck two, which has 8/11 blend date, does not have a delivery date yet. That makes me feel like truck 1 is completed and ready to go!
