As of this morning Ford tracker shows “built”. Chat says built and awaiting shipment with the SECONDARY status as micro chip at plant hold ??‍♂
I am still showing the same number of modules since day one and no built email from Ford.
Any ideas where am I in the process?
how long has it been since your modules showed up I had about 1/2 of mine and it took exactly 2 weeks before the 2nd half populated

986 modules since they showed up on 8/31. Today is my first day in awaiting shipment after 37 or 38 days in production according to the order track app

But chat tels you you’re on hold. How can you be “awaiting shipment” as a primary status with “micro-chip hold” as a secondary status?? ?

Grats, hope I'm close as well. I got my bed cover and bed rug on hand already, hurts seeing the boxes sit ?
I know exactly what you mean, that’s been me until today. Good things ahead my friend, hoping you get yours soon!

Dealership finance department got in contact today so maybe they know something I don’t yet. Hopefully only have like a week and a half to go.

That’s the part I don’t understand. Ford tracker shows my truck as “built“. I guess I’m just waiting for more chips and the shipping at the same time.

No expected shipment date. They only gave me one of their useless ETAs at the dealership.

I have a feeling they might be back to their old strategy of automatic status changes to built as soon as trucks roll off the assembly line, whether they miss parts or not.

Maybe they just came up with this new excuse as people were getting fed up with the old chip hold.
I guess awaiting shipment sounds better than in production while waiting for modules.
i hear you, brother! I won’t claim to be an expert, but I find it odd that a company the size of Ford does not have a department with analysts that review and credibly challenge the communication process with custom order customers. Custom orders are the most loyal of customers they can have. Yet, they either have inept systems or they have strategically decided how to manipulate communications to attempt to pacify us. Either way, it doesn’t work and whoever is responsible for our misery [they’re reduction in customer satisfaction/loyalty] should be held accountable.
I’ve only bought Ford. That’s what grandpa had and I’ve stuck to it. I have never considered myself a die hard, past the age of 25 anyways… all brands have their problems. Nonetheless, I had brand loyalty. Not anymore. Maybe the other major manufacturers have similar problems, but on my next purchase it will be giving them a shot to satisfy me. It won’t be Ford.

oof, rant over. Sorry for not deleting this after typed. I feel a tiny bit better now.

I'm there with you but I have some brand loyalty going on as well. My dad always had Fords and still does so I do too. That being said, I feel trapped in a sense because I don't even like the other brands offerings. If I got one, I would just feel bad when I saw a F150 in the wild. Not to mention I don't like the body styles. My second runner up would be a cybertruck if it was bigger. Thats how much I don't care for the other brands right now  I'm still a little bummed I didn't get a PCO after all this time.

How many lines of modules do you have? I have a 501a with similar options and I've been at 911 lines for a couple weeks now
I finally was able to check and it is 1800. It was at 997 forever.

I’m hoping to get some up to date info on my truck tomorrow. I’m at that stage where we are finalizing things like if I’m financing and I just sent info off tonight about my trade in and asked for a update on the truck as well. Should be more reliable info than what ford chats given me recently.

Ugh... I may be in the same boat. I've got 997 module lines and I'm "awaiting shipment". I'll ask my sales manager for the latest VVR. This whole module count confusion is hard to follow here. I can't figure out if someone actually shipped out with 997 or 998 modules or are we stuck waiting for 1,800 lines or so before we ship.

Thought for sure I was getting my truck mid-October. Now I'm not so sure anymore!

I’ve seen 2 people that actually shipped without the updated module count but the majority have got the updated count right before they hit “built” status it seems including myself.

My last VVR status shows "Awaiting shipment" as primary status and "Released" as secondary status. At ramp 51.
