Is Chip the manager? I've only worked with Savannah via email.

I think he's like the lead guy who was recommended by Zach in a post after Albert who was the original lead guy (it seems)
That's my interpretation at least. 10 months of reading and that's my conclusion. I don't know how correct I am ?‍

If lead guy isn't the right term, I'll settle for preferred/recommended guy.

Well for what it’s worth, I had to ask today since it was getting a little sketchy with the ESP plan. I still haven’t been officially notified the truck is delivered and after today the esp plan prices increase, either $100 or $200 I think and I was told it’s price protected from your order date. So hopefully that’s true because I’d be kind of upset getting hit by that after waiting 8 months not by choice.

I didn't know ESP is also price protected.

My truck has not been officially delivered either. I asked Savannah for pictures and this morning she said my keys have not come across her desk yet.

Just received the email from Granger saying my truck has arrived. They say they need 1.5 weeks to get it ready and to not make travel arrangements. Too late. LOL. I've already made travel arrangements due to my crazy schedule.

easy decision for me, going the carvana route since they offered a crazy amount which also beats getting a trade in tax credit.

I received a quote of $11,000 for my 2013 Platinum 5.0 with 117,000 miles. My truck is modified so that is not even half of what it's worth.
