That's a known error on this site.

Enter VIN
Click "View PTI Information"
On the next page click "PTI related Electronic Control Units Installed on this VIN"

You will then see all the modules installed in your truck, their software number, etc

I have no idea if this is accurate, but I have 4 "nulls" on my build:

EDIT: Now I'm reading we shouldn't put too much stock into this ETIS site. Your particular truck may not need all of these chips and/or guys are receiving them even with the supposed modules missing. See here:

FYI here is an example of a Platinum 5.0 ordered in March, then "built" 4/28 that was on chip hold and wasn't delivered until July. This screenshot was taken 6/10.

I'm also 8/4 build with status "in production".

Can some of you guys check your VIN here and report back: https://www.etis.ford.com/vehicleRegSelector.do

I'm showing last checked date of Aug 5th for everything except SASM, VDM, HCM, & SECM.

The VDM chip was missing from my friends truck that got stuck in the massive backlog earlier in the year.

I know not all these chips are needed on every truck and that ETIS is not 100% accurate, but it's looking like a possibility at least some of us were built missing chips. I hope not.
I have 3 "nulls": SASM, VDM, SECM.

Reading on other forums, one assumption is the SASM and SECM modules are present on Platinums and Limiteds, no trims below. VDM (Vehicle Dynamics Module?) is needed for all.

FYI - the ETIS site does not always work on mobile phone browsers. You may need a PC to view it. Works on Chrome browser on PC but not Chrome on my S9 Android.

I’m in same boat with you guys but built 7/26. Ford performance says built but trackers say in production? Any trucks coming out of Dearborn. I’m an hour north of plant.

Well, Two people in my tracker that had ETA's of 8/25 got bumped overnight to 9/25. I'm expecting my 8/28 gets bumped Thursday :(

My condolences to those who go bumped.

Also, @Cbaka27 I tried to activate fordpass. After about an hour it throws this error. I assume because it can't reach the truck at all. So I'm more confident that someone was actually in your truck and denied the request.

One of those was me, I bet. Surprised, not surprised at the news I guess. I just wish we had a better idea of what was causing the delay for so many of us with Dearborn builds.

There goes my chance of applying for the 0% financing offer unless Ford Credit extends it.

Just spoke to my dealer. They said they are expecting the truck this week and that it was in transit. But when I pushed and asked "So it's actually showing as built and in transit on the order?" he said "All it shows me is an estimate, and it's estimated to be delivered this week". *shrugs*.
I spoke with my dealer yesterday as well. They provided me with the same information from their VVR. Mine is "in transit" with an ETA of 9/15 - 9/21. The same information I see on the Ford Vehicle Order Tracker. Ford Performance advised me it was in transit to the dealer. His system showed it had arrived at the Markham Yard (near Chicago) via rail from Dearborn. Apparently he didn't have any further information from that point. My dealer is only 2.5 hours from the Markham Yard and no truck yet.

Someone had posted a great explanation of the Ford Vehicle Order Tracker, when, how each item is populated. Things had been working as explained until the Shipping section. It was to populate once the vehicle was on "rail or convoy". It did not and still hasn't. As mentioned it left Dearborn via rail to Markham yard, where it's to transfer to convoy for the remaining trip. Still no changes as of today (8/24). Still reflecting 9/15 - 9/21 arrival date. Dealer did say they have been receiving vehicles outside of any dates provided and truly expects my truck this week. We'll see with fingers crossed.

go get your 0% for 72 boys!
You didn't happen to notice a Velocity blue Lariat powerboost laying around the lot anywhere when you were there did you?

The truck looks awesome.

Same here, except the ones that are showing a date show 04/08/2021 which is a little weird since it's well before the blend date. Also PF has sworn up and down that the truck is actually fully produced and not waiting on chips or any other component. But that might just be an empty promise of course.
