This is the meat of the email my dealer sent me regarding X-plan so, I could see it being significant on MSRP pricing:X-Plan vs MSRP is pretty significant. Invoice vs X-Plan is not nearly as much, but I think you were real lucky to get near invoice in these times.
Sticker MSRP is 60,250 on my truck and X-Plan was about 55,650 when I last priced it out on the X-Plan site.
The X plan partner price is a price set by Ford that is on every invoice provided to us. The formula that Ford uses for this pricing typically results in a price that is slightly over invoice.

As part of the X plan rules, the dealership can not charge the customer more than $100 for document fees. This is $250 to everyone else.

The dealership absorbs the bulk of the discount. Ford Motor Co. does reimburse the dealer with a few hundred dollars depending on the MSRP of the vehicle. To get this we have to report your sale to Ford as a partner sale and provide them with the PIN that you provide us. We can assist you with getting that. To sum it up, using this on your order would benefit both of us a little bit.
Here's what I used to figure out my X-Plan savings. I got mine direct from the dealer (they started considering me 'friends and family' because I hung out there so much). But here goes...Does anyone know of any affiliate programs where I can qualify for X-plan? Also how much is Xplan below MSRP?
Mine showed dispatched on a Friday and it arrived the following Tuesday, only because the driver had 6 other F150s to deliver before mine, so yours should be arriving shortly.Everything I've read, "dispatched" means they're loading it or is loaded on the truck. Fingers crossed it shows up at the dealership tomorrow or in ...

So I just wanted to update this. The X-Plan price I stated included a $600 incentive at the time I saved the build off (8/25). Looks like that is no longer available and had to be from dealer stock anyway. So maybe 56,250 is the X-Plan price I'll see when my truck arrives.X-Plan vs MSRP is pretty significant. While this may seem pessimistic, most of us from this build week look like we're going to get our trucks about 2.5 months after entering production, which for you would mean early December? But maybe you won't be hit by a chip hold, and it could be sooner! Good luck!Ordered the Limited in June, Just yesterday 9/23/2021 it said it went into Production.
Any thoughts on when you all think it'll be done. Looking forward to it.
Ah right. Plus it's the weekend. Not sure how these guys operate with the dealerships after hours and weekends.Mine showed dispatched on a Friday and it arrived the following Tuesday, only because the driver had 6 other F150s to deliver before mine, so yours should be arriving shortly.
Hang in there, CK. Yours has to be close to complete.Well fellas I just got an email from our good forum friend who coded that little app
My truck had been sitting with 9/14 estimated ETA ... now bumped to exactly a month later at 10/14.
I am certain this is a default thing and they have no f#$king clue.
Called two dealers today that had similar trucks. Neither would take x-plan on their inventory trucks, they were asking $2500 and $5000 over MSRP respectively
While I know Ford has been good at disappointing us this year, my optimistic observation, for what it's worth, is that a lot of folks in the last week seem to get a 'bump' to their ETA a day or two before their truck finally hits 'built' status, so hopefully that's what's happening for CK.Hang in there, CK. Yours has to be close to complete.
