5.0 with Block Heater

So I learned (to my chagrin) that the 5.0s with engine block heaters come without the bumper grille insert and have a giant, disgusting, gaping hole where that insert should be. I've looked, but cannot find that part (OEM (preferred) or otherwise).

Can anyone point me in the right direction on this?
