4x2 powerboost tires

I went with the 4x2 , 157inch WB options for weight and mileage reasons. I was wondering if going with not mud tires but more aggressive tires in the rear with the 3.55 elect. locker could make any sense. I am coming at this from a road noise issue

it will all depend on the tire you choose. Road noise may be minimized if just running on the rear opposed to all 4 but i would anticipate some additional road noise. Aesthetics and the ability to rotate them to extend tread life would be my argument for doing all 4 tires.
