$3500 21 to 22 discount.

Okay so I was bouncing around the internet and came across a letter from Cars direct supposedly to Ford dealerships offering what Ford is calling a "22 model year transition customer satisfaction and private offer program".
The F-150 qualifies for $3,500 discount if you are one of the many customers who got bumped from 21 to 22. Has anyone else heard of this?

Yes, I am curious if my 21 will actually be built or not and if I can roll to this program. My order from July keeps getting pushed and now is scheduled for 11/29/21 week.

I received a $3500 private offer mailing a couple weeks ago. Seemed like just targeted marketing as I did not have a 21 truck on order. Seemed to work well as I know have a 22 f150 XLT truck on order.

I did not get a letter. I asked my dealership. They said I would get the $3,500.

My dealership said the $3500 was in the notes for my build. Also $1000 for ordering a f-150 plus the 0% for 72 month financing. Ordered 8/9/2021 and notified 10/18/2021 that it will be a 2022.

That's great for you!! I'm still having issues getting the rebates and financing straightened out. Truck is at the dealer waiting on me to pick it up. They're saying all the paperwork was submitted correctly and can't understand why I'm not getting it. Even bumped it up to the zone manager and he says the paperwork seems in order, but he doesn't know why I'm not getting it. They're blaming Ford for the error. Fords marketing dept is blaming the dealer!!

Anyone tried asking for their smart Vincent report? I believe any dealer “bud” can pull it using name and vin

Yes I asked my dealer and Ford's marketing dept., which they both use the same Smart Vincent system. Neither found anything under my trucks VIN# or my name!

Same thing happened to me. I called Ford marketing before my truck was built asking about the $3500 discount. Was told that it was guaranteed and would be tied to my truck (not sure exactly what method, VIN, name, paperwork in truck) she even gave me the certificate number. Once I went in to get the truck there was no certificate and even a call to Ford Marketing by me then by the GM of the dealership turned up nothing...saying the certificate number I was given was invalid. I had the name of the lady I talked to at Ford as well as the certificate#, time, date and duration of the call. Finally the GM said he would honor the $3500 and figure it out later. Not accusing Ford but this isn't the first time I've heard of this happening. Seems there's always an excuse not to honor the discount....

Thanks for responding! I actually work at a Ford plant. I'm trying to get someone there to call a contact in Detroit to see if it can be straightened out. $3500.00 plus 0% for 72 months is worth fighting for!!!
I'm going in Sunday to pick it up, hopefully I can still get it after the purchase. My salesman said they can redo it a few days afterwards....just hope I get it/hear something soon!

It would be weird that either ford or the dealers to not honor that after posting the whole MYCO offer to the public. Not only did we already get pushed to 22 from a 21(with do digital ac knobs lol) but on microchip hold for 8 months now.

Sorry to hear that!! Not sure they'll offer any new incentives, heck they're not even honoring what they've publicly offered those of us who had their 21MY canceled!!!?
