The guy i talked to did not have that info. He had an eta of week of April 25th, so I asked eta for the chip? He said delivery to dealer. Ill stay hopeful that the chip delay is a short hold and my truck headed east soon.

Out of curiosity I asked my dealer for an update on my build. He says "as of 4/2 it is still at dearborn". YES I know, today is 4/5, what is the status as of today??? He just says that is the latest info he has.

I call BS. How come Ford chat can give me and all of us more info, although unreliable, it's more recent that 3 days old. This is like me asking my 8year old daughter to wash the dishes. She purposefully does a shit job so I never ask her again.

I've only once, in 3.5 months, asked my dealer for a build update. The only other time I spoke to him since placing the order was to discuss why they screwed up my order. It's not like I'm bugging him daily, quite the opposite.

Rachel told me my ETA is 4/24. So I had to ask ETA for what, a) to get the chip installed b) to be shipped, c) to be delivered. She says it is 4/24 to "exit production".

Called and confirmed with dealer and ford, I'm off factory on a train, when it gets to MN should get another notification, got a rail car number but it's Canadian National Railway so can't find a way to track it. Attached WS to compare for you guys, hopefully more information soon or we can narrow down what's the hold up for some of yall.

i loose all hope in my dealer, as I mentioned just above if I see this, and my dealer tells me the most up to date info he has is 3 days old saying the truck is still at the plant. Meanwhile, ford tells me I’m on chiphold.

your dealer can send you this screenshot, and my dealer cannot even tell me anything.

Probably should've posted a while ago. 701A PB. Ordered 11/23. Long story short, built 4/4 and shipped today. I had not received shipping/built notifications but found out from ford chat this evening.

On a side note, anybody ever heard of a truck being shipped by a company called "Vehi-Ship, LLC."
