Spoke to Ford chat. Production date is now 3/31/22 so no window sticker yet.

How do you guys get this chat?

I can't get any chat window to pop up when I'm on the FORD site. All I see is the hours. Triead allowing pop-ups, too. Ford must just not want to talk to me!

Go onto the Ford site, click support and service, click contact Ford, then select Chat. It also pips up in the bottom of the screen on the tracker page

When using mobile? I have to click “turn off content blockers” for it to work

Thanks... I've been doing that, but no Chat ever comes up in chrome. Maybe I'll try a different browser.

Chrome is what I use. I also log into my account, maybe that triggers the chat option?

So after looking at all my order info again my dealer left off Co-Pilot Assist 2.0. I have a call out to them to see what my options are. The unfortunate thing is I have the optional equipment added (360 camera package & the tow tech package), but they left Assist off the order. I'm hoping this is an easy fix, but not holding my breath.
