Interesting, I'm going to ask the chat for my rail information. Seems like it's a minimum of two weeks delivery regardless of where it is going by rail. Seems like a terrible idea to leave a 70k+ vehicle in a rail yard for days on end. Hopefully you get your truck soon.Took a few days away from the truck cluster. Did chat with Ford and received the following. Confusing conversation, but, having a rail car number is a plus, I think. Plan is to now figure out the CSX system for status. Has anyone in this week mastered the CSX search activity?

Randy, I see that your vehicle is currently in transit. It was shipped via Railcar # TTGX603870 (Csx Transportation ). It arrived at Ramp 5M, in New Boston, MI on Apr-13-2022, and is expected to leave this location between Apr-26-2022 and May-02-2022.

Is there anything else I can help you with today?
Randy at 12:10, Apr 17:
Let me clarify. It's on a railcar now?
Randy at 12:11, Apr 17:
And arrival at the dealer is 4/26-5/2?
April at 12:12, Apr 17:
It is listed as being on a railcar right now and expected to leave it's current location between the dates listed above. The ETA for delivery at your dealership has not yet been listed. I would recommend checking back periodically for any new information.

OK. Thanks.
The CSX car and phone number works to get something.Interesting, I'm going to ask the chat for my rail information. Any movement is good movement! Not sure why it takes a week to get from MI to NC. I'm frustrated with the process because I need to fly out to pick my truck up and drive back. I'd like a more definite date to save a couple hundred on airfare. The CSX car and phone number works to get something.
Left for Nashville this morning (4/17).
Scheduled to go to Dixie Anaself NC, and arrive 4/24, 1am.
No idea what Dixie Anaself (garbled) means. But, It at least gets to the correct state!!!
And air fare keeps going up. At least it's a one way and hopefully, you can work with the time netting the least expensive fare. It would just be better for all involved if we could just pick it up in Dearborn. Ford could keep half the destination charges and give the rest to a dealer/broker in MI that would work with the selling dealer to do the final paperwork.Any movement is good movement! How’s your truck going? I was just told this morning that my eta to begin ship is now 5/3. That would be 5 weeks after it’s built. This is bullshitAny movement is good movement! My truck is supposedly being shipped by rail. Mine sat built for nearly a month. Going to chat with Ford this morning to get a railcar number and then see if I can track it. Having brand new vehicles sit for weeks on end is total horseshit. How’s your truck going? I was just told this morning that my eta to begin ship is now 5/3. That would be 5 weeks after it’s built. Agree 100%. Ford has much room for improvement when it comes to the Supply Chain, order through to delivery.Having brand new vehicles sit for weeks on end is total horseshit.
