Called CP rail, my F150 is currently in Nahat rail station (davenport, Iowa) coming up to Toronto, Ontario truck was built in KC, any one else at the same spot? I have an ETA to dealer of 4/16/2022 - 4/22/2022.

I had a blend date of 3/17 and I still haven't even gotten a built email. Pretty annoyed at this point. My contact at the dealer says it's built but waiting on chips.

Email received yesterday that my delivery had pushed to April 25th - May 1st. Received a CSX rail at number from Ford chat on Wednesday. CSX tracking changed from New Boston, MI to no status available yesterday and saying the same today. Hopefully that means it’s moving!

Got my shipped email today and still confirming April 22nd-28th. Fingers crossed because there’s a rebate that ends in early may for my region.

Took a few days away from the truck cluster. Did chat with Ford and received the following. Confusing conversation, but, having a rail car number is a plus, I think. Plan is to now figure out the CSX system for status. Has anyone in this week mastered the CSX search activity?

Interesting, I'm going to ask the chat for my rail information. Seems like it's a minimum of two weeks delivery regardless of where it is going by rail. Seems like a terrible idea to leave a 70k+ vehicle in a rail yard for days on end. Hopefully you get your truck soon.

The CSX car and phone number works to get something.

Left for Nashville this morning (4/17).
Scheduled to go to Dixie Anaself NC, and arrive 4/24, 1am.

No idea what Dixie Anaself (garbled) means. But, It at least gets to the correct state!!!

Any movement is good movement! Not sure why it takes a week to get from MI to NC. I'm frustrated with the process because I need to fly out to pick my truck up and drive back. I'd like a more definite date to save a couple hundred on airfare.

And air fare keeps going up. At least it's a one way and hopefully, you can work with the time netting the least expensive fare. It would just be better for all involved if we could just pick it up in Dearborn. Ford could keep half the destination charges and give the rest to a dealer/broker in MI that would work with the selling dealer to do the final paperwork.

The CSX tracker is 877.744.7279. Use options 2, 1, 3

The system is good at picking out phonetics but you have to speak like a robot and drag out the pronunciation. Like TTGX would be " Teeeeeee Teeeeeeeeee GGGGGeeeeeeeeeeuh EEEEExxxxxxxxx"
and then use the keypad for the numbers.

Railcar carrying my truck arrived last night in Nashville and is expected to be in Columbia SC (Dixiana SC to be precise) on 4/24 at 1am. It's nice to have a number to call where you can get real information. I love the CSX tracker.

My truck is supposedly being shipped by rail. Mine sat built for nearly a month. Going to chat with Ford this morning to get a railcar number and then see if I can track it. Having brand new vehicles sit for weeks on end is total horseshit.

Agree 100%. Ford has much room for improvement when it comes to the Supply Chain, order through to delivery.

Ford chat gave me railcar info. Norfolk southern is transporting truck. Currently in Melvindale, MI with an ETA of 5/2 to dealer.
