I want ahead and tried Ford chat. No info, nothing, nada. I knew more than they did. They told me to call the New Vehicle Team. Nothing from them either. I went ahead and filed a complaint on Ford's lack of commitment to the Special Order Customer. Lack of available info at the chat level, Dealer failure to communicate, bad email addresses, etc.
This is my 4th order from the same dealer. Each time, it's gotten just a little worse. Add the delay issues caused by Ford to the normal issues with this dealer. Next order will be from a Granger or a Koons or a Chapman.
