I’m looking to upgrade my tires and want something that will fit on my 2023 F150 sport 4 x 4X4. I have a 2 inch leveling puck and want to know if 295 – 70–18 will fit without any modifications.

I would appreciate any guidance or links to any post to help.

They will fit with no rubbing and stock wheels. 2" front lift. I have Cooper Discover AT3 XLT 295/70R18

295/70R18 Defender LTX tires on OEM rims fit perfectly on my ‘22 Lariat PB.

No scrubbage. Lock to lock turns with no rubbing.

The truck is lifted by the additional tire height and visually fills up the wheel wells to the max.

And with the Michelin tires. and an additional 30 mm of tire section width, I’m able to go faster in the rain.

Just an FYI........wider tires are more likely to hydroplane in wet conditions. Rubber compound and tread design along with vehicle speed are the biggest contributors to performance in the wet.

@F150 TX 295/70/18 tires will have some rubbing issues if you don't push your front crash bar forward and run some additional positive caster. Wheel offset will affect this, but you will need to do a little work if you want zero rubbing.

I ran 285/70/18 on 18's with a +20. The stock rims are what, +44. I wasnt close to the crash bar, but the offset is different.

It will totally depend on the size, offset and brand.

I ran 18x9 +18 with 295/70/18 Mickey Thompsons and I rubbed the lower rear of fender well quite a bit without even going full lock.

A good alignment, along with a bit of work with a hammer and I was good to go.

There are tons of good AT tired out there.
If your not gonna go major off roading , I would stick with the lighters one.
I have had many and they have all been very good but obviously there are different aggressiveness to them. Like the Nitto Ridge Grappler and GY Duratac would be the extreme and something like the Coopers XLT or say the Nitto OC AT3 would be solid choices for something little scaled back . Either way most 295-70-18 tires will be LT , so your not missing out .

Check out the 295/70/18 Nitto Recon Grappler. I believe they make a SL and E rated versions. I’ve read a bunch of review on here about guys running them with no rubbing. I’m torn between those and the 275/70/18 Terra Grappler G3’s.

This is exactly the situation I’m in. I wish the Terra Grapplers came in 295/70/18 in an SL rating.

The Recons look more aggressive, but I hear the Terra are better all around, especially in wet conditions. Trying to decide if I want to sacrifice some functionality for looks or keep almost stock size tire but be good all around.

I’m trying to decide this week.

The recon grappler is very similar to the ridge grappler. I had a buddy that tried them and returned them during the 30 day return period. He wasn't a fan of their wet performance.

You would be giving up quite a bit of winter performance compared to a tire like the Terra Grappler G3 or Dueler Ascent due to the larger tread blocks with less siping.

Take a look at tire weights also. I have found that when I narrowed my tire choices down to the final three or four, I used weight and value to make my choice.

For example, the Bridgestone Dueler Ascent LT is 8 pounds lighter than the Nitto Recon Grappler SL......if I were buying a 295/70/18 again, that would be my choice.

I tried to do the right thing 275 70 18 Terra g3's.....
The second I saw the stance after discount installed them.....
I never left the parking lot, had them removed & opted for the heavy c load falken wp at4's in 285 70 18....
to me, looked like a skateboard with the g3's....
probably would have been fine once I was over it, but the falkens look way more aggressive, deeper tread lugs, etc....
the guys at discount are claiming the falken wp will outlast the Nitto terra g3 by a ton according to the data they have on treadwell?
