23 XLT fog lights, LED or not?

This is the front of my truck. Are my fog lights LED or Halogen? I know I can take it out and look. Just trying to make it easy on myself. Has anyone changed the bulbs out to aftermarket LED's, thoughts?

Those are LEDs. The bulbs are not swappable. Aim your fogs if you want them to be brighter.
