23 model year build week august 8

Co-worker ordered a Plat PB, BAP on 3/30 - got vin# the next week (supposedly the trucks hardest getting built and he was built a month after ordering) and it will be here this week (currently on a truck) - There is zero rhyme or reason with Ford.

That’s a pretty good turn around time especially with the BAP

I was told 4 months 6 months ago and now missing 22 builds and flipping into MY23. If I get it by next May 2023, I’ll feel lucky.

Of course, I’m holding out to get what I had ordered…nothing more, nothing less.

Have you been given a confirmation saying you're being converted to a 23? Because I thought the statement from Ford was why they shut down 22 ordering so early was to only take orders for what they could build in the current model year. There was not going to be any roll-overs.

That would be nice. I would prefer to receive a MY22 before 2023.
