I have found my truck to overestimate MPG by 5-10%. The more towing, the higher the error.
Have you performed the AFE (Average Fuel Economy)Bias adjustment in Engineering Mode?

I tracked actual vs displayed fuel economy for the truck's first 3000 miles, using that info to calculate the AFE Bias which I then put into the truck's computer. I just checked and since January of 2023 my indicated fuel economy from the trip computer has been 1.1 % lower vs. calculated at the pump. I could use that info to recalculate the AFE Bias and maybe get a little closer, but I figure 1.1% is good enough.

No, I have not adjusted anything. Figure I shouldn't have to and it's not all that important but yeah I would prefer it to be spot on.

I will continue to track for a year and get a solid average error. I think my first tank was around 2% so not quite sure what happened after.

Has anyone that has had 2 or more Powerboost trucks notice a difference in MPG?

My '22 Lariat had a lifetime MPG (21,000 miles) of 23.4. My 6-mile commute to work would often be 26-30 mpg. Light highway (45-55 mph) would often result in a 1/3 of the miles being electric. Now, my '24 Lariat struggles to get 23 MPG on the 6-mile commute, and I have yet to see anything better than 1/10 of the miles on electric on the highway.

Max cargo on the '22 was 1503 lbs, the '24 is 1454 lbs. I can't imagine that's causing the difference.

I was able to "force" electric mode in 30-45 mph zones by tapping the brakes on the '22. I was also able to ease into the throttle and keep the '22 in electric for a block or 2 from a stop. I cannot make either one of these scenarios happen in my '24.

Any ideas? Has something changed with the battery management since the 22MY? I just don't feel that this truck is using the battery as much as the other one.
Do you have the same name brand tires? I went from a 21 to a 24 and when I switched to Michelin tires on the 24, I lost 1-1.5 mpg.
