21 with Active Prep 2.0. Fully updated in FDRS, how do I get Bluecruse?

Thank you all your help, I was able to get my 21 updated to Sync 1470, tons of modules updated and I activated BlueCruise in the APIM module. How do I get the option to pay for it in Ford Pass?
