I finally got around to installing the light bar. It took a lot of cutting. Had to remove a lot of metal behind the black plastic covers. About 1" on either side to make the brackets fit. Used the Sherpa mounts. It works, puts out a good amount of light. Really wish I would have run 4 XL 80s instead, but I got a good deal on the light bar, so I couldn't pass it up.

So what was the metal you had to remove? Actual bumper material?

And the picture you showed was that with the headlights as well or just your light bar?

High beams and the light bar.
The material was the bumper material. There were a couple spots that the plastic clips into on either side of the light that had to be removed. The plastic still covered it up, so it doesn't look bad. But its not ideal.

looks good!! I bet you'd get more distance if you had it up higher like above the emblem.

I just put XL pro's on my beater F350 on the A pillars. The 2 put out so much more usable light down range vs where i had 3 of them on the wife's 4runner (basically mounted how your onx is)

XL80's in addition to that onx would be insane.
