2025 KR exterior mod suggestions?

Carbonized Gray Metallic 2025 Powerboost KR is on order. I ordered Tow Mirrors and Factory Bed Liner with the truck. Planning for mods.

Thoughts so far:

Tow mirror black caps to match mirror base (textured)
Remove decal
Tuffskins matte black rear F150 lettering
Built right stubby antenna
Hellwig rear sway
Talon Catalytic Converter Skid plate
Remove rear block to get closer to level (Don't want a lift, would appreciate less rake)
Husky Liners mud flaps
Wheel well liners (OEM or Husky on PB?)
Buckingrabbit Powerboost cover
Window Tint (kinda interior technically, but you get the idea)
Ceramic Coating

Any other suggestions? The blue front and rear emblems really stand out, can't decide if I like that or if I'd prefer the black/smoke emblems. Still will have chrome on the truck (grill, vent, wheels, exhaust).

First based on the picture you shared I would add 12” to the bed!(Personal preference lol). Here are several mods or ordering choices I did within the first couple weeks on my 2024 KR;

Go with the CCD vs FX4 package, gives you a wider range of adjustable shock feels, and you are already planning on adding Talon skid plates (wise choice, look and install great!). Not sure how this would play out with your leveling plan.

F150LED replacing your halogen rear plate lights (I assume they still are halogen out of the factory)

Some Tuxmat floor mats for winter.

Builtrite front plate mount to move front plate to the passenger side vice blocking turbo intercooler air flow.

A windows 10 laptop with an OBDlink EX forscan adapter, for all the great forscan mods.

Electroplate letters spelling King Ranch for your tailgate, adds some style to the back without overdoing it.

That’s all I can think of after one cup of coffee, otherwise enjoy the best truck you have ever owned!!

The first mod, especially with the painted bumpers (I like chrome) is adding PPF to the front painted surfaces (bumpers and 15" up the hood and fenders, headlights & fog lights, and painted mirror caps. The paint is too thin, and I have been doing PPF on my F150s and my wife's Escapes since 2013. It is great!

I did the Electroplate letters on my last five trucks. Here is my 2024. I also added matte black B pillar PPF (and 12" screen protector) from OCD Plug. I also replaced the license plate bulbs (swapped my 2021 LED bulbs with my 2024 halogen bulbs!).

With a KR you have to go with WeatherTech matts since Husky stopped making the Cocoa color.

Can't even see the PPF lines.

I have done this lettering starting with my 2013 KR, 2015 Lariat, 2018 Lariat, 2021 KR, and this one.

I love the matte version! Had gloss prior and the matte doesn't show fingerprints.

I love the matte screen protector! No fingerprints or glare in the sun.

It helps reduce body roll in corners, keeps the rear of the truck more planted, and helps correct understeering.

Glad to help! Oh, and one other mod I will be doing when I get the light next week is changing out the relatively dim rear cabin dome lights with F150LED ones, much brighter!

I elected to keep the 4x4 emblems. They gave a bit of balance with the 6.5' bed.

When tinting, I highly recommend you go ceramic and include the windshield and moonroof. (Has not impacted HUD; day or night)

Hard bed cover has been beneficial in looks, function, and mileage.

Biggest cosmetic improvement has been rims & tires. I chose the factory FX4 rims w/ Nitto Nomads (stock sizes). - It really toned down the chrome highlights.

Screen protector - Sync off w/Twin panel & cover fully open.

Screen protector - Sync on w/Twin panel & cover fully open.

The gloss Sync screen is hard to read in direct light. NOT with the matte OCD Plug screen protector.
