2025 F150 Powerplants

[‘22Powerboost]

Hey guys, I have a ‘22 Powerboost and really like it a lot. Lease is over in 10 months, and I was wondering if the ‘25’s are still going to offer the Powerboost as it is now….meaning no “Plug in?”

I saw that they will be offering a “Plug in” version, but I would not be interested in that. Love the non Plug in idea that I currently have. So I’m hoping that the non Plug in hybrid that we have now, will still be offered in 2025? Thanks in advance for any clarification on this matter.

I'd be shocked if they get rid of the PB as we know it today with how much they pushed it. If they come up with a PHEV version it will be to compliment the current PB as not everyone wants a PHEV.

If they do go PHEV, I don't expect it to carry the PB name without some type of additional lettering. Before long the PB as it stands now will be the base motor.

Agreed 100%. I’m not a plug in guy whatsoever, and I hope they will still offer the non plug in, because I saw that they will be offering a plug in version for ‘25. So I hope that’s just in addition to, and not a replacement to what we have now?

Someone mentioned '25 ordering is coming up next so I'd imagine we'll see an order guide pop up on here as soon as it's available.
