2024 XLT OEM LED bed lights and BLIS?

I was searching for the Ford OEM LED bed lights for my 24 XLT and there was a note that said I cannot put them on a Ford-150 with BLIS. WTF? Why on earth does this matter? I’m pretty much incensed when I hit this kind of roadblock that says I cannot do something….for instance cannot have tow side mirrors in an XLT with a complete tow package! My problem is NOBODY can tell me WHY I can’t do something that should not effect anything….but for some secret reason I am being told I can’t do it. Why not LED bed lights on a truck with BLIS??? Why not powered folding and tow mirrors in a XLT with a tow package (including trailer brakes and parking system???) I’m just REALLY FRUSTRATED WITH FORD!!!

I recently installed bed lights on my 24 XLT and I have blis. I replaced the factory tail light harness with one that had the connections for the bed lights and switch and made a few forscan changes. I don’t have any issues yet.

Strange, mine came that way from the factory. Both BLIS and bed lights. 24 XLT 302A

I haven't bought a harness. I have a 2024 XLT with the power port on the rear left inner side of the bed and I have the pop-out covers for the lights and the switch. I just was looking at the stuff online to buy the LED lights and there was a note that it wouldn't work if I have BLIS, which I do.

those were all the part numbers I used. That wasn’t my invoice, but I found that on this forum I believe. I ordered all of mine from fairway ford. I had to replace my current harness with the main one there. The other harnesses are the jumpers for the lights and switch off the main harness. If you do a search there’s a whole thread somewhere on here on it all. Here’s the forscan changes made as well.

I checked my window sticker. I did have the bed utility package. That included the bed lights. Sorry, no help here.

Hi, I have a 24 XLT Powerboost which comes standard with the pro power onboard and BLIS. What wiring harnesses would I need since I purchased the RL3Z-13A409-E which seems to only work for the regular 24 XLT with no pro power onboard. Does anyone have any advice on which harness I would need for my specific configuration. The powerboost that I have comes with the standard 2.4 kW Pro Power Onboard system.

This is my current wiring harness that came with the vehicle.

Tail lamps. Power Inverter #4. Dearborn Electrical Vehicle. Power Inverter #3. Power Inverter #5 - Crew Cab.
