2024 Start up issues (only sometimes) 5.0 v8

Wanted to ask if anyone else has had this issue, my 24 XLT 5.0L when I go to start it sometimes will not crank over at all, all the dash screens were lit normally. I disconnected the battery and then reconnected and it started up. Have done this about 5 times for need. the message on the dash read "vehicle may not start / restart service now" It seems sporadic. Like something is not allowing the start up process, or something in the shut down process is not completing. i know i can use the ford pass app to remote start it and it did work the 1 time i tried that, but it is annoying new truck does this. anyone have ideas for a solution or had same thing happen? thanks!
the starter and battery are good, checked them both.

I would also be interested in any info/diagnosis regarding this since I have an identical build on my '24 XLT.

I have not had this happen to me with my F-150. However, I did have this happen with my 2020 Ford Explorer ST. It would not start by the push button on occasion, but it did start by the app. I did take it to the Ford Dealership and they updated the APIM, BCM, TCU and SYNC software (per their notes). The problem never happened again. Please keep us updated.
